The project aims to protect and preserve this territory and conserve the natural landscapes. To offer trails designed for snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, fatbiking and hiking to allow owners to connect with nature and have memorable experiences. To preserve the Musarde lake so that owners can experience the unforgettable sensation of being on crystal clear water, surrounded by trees.
  • How many plots of land are for sale at Domaine de La Musarde?
    31 lots of approximately 2 acres, starting at $145,000.
  • When will the land be ready for signing the deed of sale before a notary?
    Immediately. The survey of the lots having been completed.
  • When will the city be able to issue building permits?
    Since the city has already approved the project, a minimum delay of just a few days is anticipated for the issuance of building permits following the notarial transaction.
  • What services/common areas are offered to owners of land at Domaine de La Musarde?
    In addition to road maintenance and snow removal, trails developed for snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, fat biking and hiking, docks, boats (canoe, kayak, rowboat), 1 shelter including toilets, covered area, picnic table, barbecues.

    Yes. Fees currently set at $3,000/year per lot.
  • Are there any restrictions on building cottages?
    We provide buyers with great freedom. You can appoint the builder of your choice or use one of our construction partners, who can assist you in the construction of your future property. If you opt for self-build, and entrust the project to the builder of your choice, we must still approve the exterior plans in order to ensure the harmony and concept of the estate.
  • Is there a deadline to complete the construction of the cottage?
    No.
  • Is cottage rental permitted?
    Yes. Rental is permitted in this area by the City of Wentworth-Nord.
